The party starts TONIGHT at the Mark with the 2004 Atlanta Downtown Neighborhood Festival and Tour of Lofts VIP Party AND tomorrow night the pre-party celebration continues with a Downtown Dweller's Happy Hour at Sidebar. Come sit down, chill out and brace yourself for the big weekend!
