Movements is a Southern California band whose albums — including Feel Something (2017) and No Good Left to Give (2020) — have established them as one of the more accomplished acts in the post-hardcore and emo revival, building their following through emotional directness and melodic precision rather than genre trend-riding. Balance and Composure is a Pennsylvania band whose combination of shoegaze and post-hardcore has earned them a devoted cult following since their early 2010s releases.
