Downtown Atlanta gets its newest landmark tonight: Cosm Atlanta, the 70,000-square-foot Shared Reality venue at Centennial Yards, opens to the public for Game 4 of the 2026 NBA Finals — Spurs at Knicks — after a soft launch on June 5.
Cosm is built around an 87-foot, 12K+ LED dome — the kind of curved, wraparound display that puts you courtside, pitchside, or inside a Cirque du Soleil set without a headset. Beyond The Dome, the venue includes The Hall (an LED-walled multi-screen sports-bar concept) and The Deck (rooftop). A full food and bar menu is available across all three.
The Atlanta location is Cosm's third — joining Los Angeles and Dallas — and the company's biggest bet yet on a city that's about to spend a month at the center of the global sports stage. The 2026 FIFA World Cup brings eight matches to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, one block away, and Cosm's opening slate leans hard into that moment: World Cup matches in Shared Reality, the rest of the NBA Finals, the Stanley Cup Final, UFC, Cirque's "O," the College World Series, and Harry Potter screenings.
For Centennial Yards — the long-promised CIM and Atlanta Hawks development reshaping the southern edge of downtown — Cosm is the first true marquee tenant. It joins The Irish Exit (the modern Irish pub from The Dead Rabbit Group), Chops Lobster Bar, and the Rise ATL fan-zone activation that begins June 11.
Tonight's public opening is sold out. Doors at 6:30 p.m.; tip at 8:30 p.m.
