Salata Salad Kitchen

What it is

Salata Salad Kitchen is one of the restaurants in The Hub at Peachtree Center, at 231 Peachtree St. Peachtree Center lists Salata among the more than 30 restaurants, shops and services connected to its six office buildings. The Hub is also reachable from the Peachtree Center MARTA station beneath the complex.

Food and drink

Salata is a build-your-own salad and wrap concept. Guests pick a style, then choose from more than 50 toppings, add protein and finish with a signature dressing such as Jalapeño Avocado, Chipotle Ranch, Honey Mustard, White Miso Vinaigrette or Ginger Lime Vinaigrette. Signature options include Caesar, Cobb, Greek, Harvest and Southwest salads, plus Southwest, Caesar and Mediterranean wraps. The company says the concept began in 2005 in the tunnels of downtown Houston.
