How DowntownATL handles analytics, contact submissions, and account data during the rebuild.
Last updated: June 10, 2026
1. Information we collect
downtownATL.com (the "Site") collects only the information needed to run a local destination guide:
- Account info — if you register a business or apply as a creator, we collect your name, email, business affiliation, and the details you provide in the registration form.
- Contact submissions — anything you send via the Contact form.
- Analytics — anonymous, aggregated page-view and referral data via standard web analytics. We don't sell this.
- Cookies — session cookies to keep you logged in, plus essential operational cookies. No third-party advertising cookies.
2. How we use it
- To respond to messages you send us.
- To verify business and creator account applications.
- To improve which neighborhoods, places, and events get featured.
- To send you newsletters or updates if you've explicitly opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time).
3. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data with service providers (hosting, email delivery) strictly to operate the Site, and with law enforcement only when required by valid legal process.
4. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing erich@orchestraterevenue.com.
5. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect submitted information. No web service can guarantee 100% security; you should always use unique passwords.
6. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
