Residences

Apartments come in one- and two-bedroom layouts. They have granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, wood-style flooring in the kitchen and living areas, walk-in closets and oversized windows. Ceilings run 9 to 12 feet, and select homes add barn doors, garden-style tubs, private balconies, sunrooms or rooftop terraces.

Amenities

Residents get a resort-style pool, an industrial pool barn pavilion, a fitness center and an upper-level club room and terrace with skyline views. There are also co-working offices, a dog park, a fire pit area, bicycle storage and a package room. The gated community hosts monthly resident events, and pets are welcome under a posted policy.
