What it is

The William-Oliver Building is a 16-story condominium tower at 32 Peachtree St NW, across from Woodruff Park in Five Points. The building's site calls it Atlanta's first and most detailed Art Deco skyscraper, and it sits on the edge of the Fairlie-Poplar Historic District. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Residences

The tower was built for offices in the 1930s, turned into apartments for the 1996 Olympics, and converted to condominiums in 2001. It has 115 units. Residents can reserve an executive board room.

Nearby

The building lists the Georgia State Capitol, Centennial Olympic Park, the World of Coca-Cola, the Georgia Aquarium, State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium among nearby attractions, and the Five Points MARTA station and several bus routes serve the area. The front desk number is (404) 658-0047, and more history is on the William Oliver website.
