FIFA Fan ID launches — what every Atlanta match ticket holder needs to know

Every ticket holder gets a free, customisable physical card unlocking exclusive matchday content and merchandise. Collect at fan info booths inside the stadium.

FIFA Fan ID launches for FIFA World Cup 2026

FIFA has launched the FIFA Fan ID, a free physical card available to every ticket holder for any of the 104 matches at the FIFA World Cup 2026 — including the eight at Mercedes-Benz Stadium here in Atlanta.

The card itself is a customisable, tap-to-phone memento collected from fan information booths just after you enter the stadium. Once paired with a smartphone, it unlocks a personal digital experience: official tournament content, stadium-specific insights for matchday, the ability to personalise official merchandise with your own photos and curated tournament images, and rewards added throughout the competition.

"Your FIFA Fan ID is your door into an entire world of exclusive content, unforgettable experiences and memories that are yours to keep and share. Wear your FIFA Fan ID with pride."
— Gianni Infantino, FIFA President

FIFA encourages fans to arrive early — the matchday experience begins at least three hours before kickoff, with live entertainment, giveaways and Fan-ID-exclusive activations.
