What it is
Greek Housing is Georgia State University’s town house community for fraternity and sorority members, along Edgewood Avenue on the school’s downtown campus. It is built for about 130 upperclass students and made up of nine three-story town houses, each home to between 9 and 17 residents. The units are set aside for Greek organizations, though non-affiliated students can live there when space allows.
Residences
Each town house has single or double rooms, a shared bathroom on every floor, a living room and a full-size kitchen. Chapters can customize the décor of their own house, which gives each one its own character. Bedrooms are furnished and Wi-Fi is included. A detached community center serves all residents, with room for organization meetings and events, and it has free laundry machines.
