90 Fairlie

What it is

90 Fairlie is a condominium building at the corner of Fairlie and Poplar streets, in the Fairlie-Poplar Historic District. It began in 1920 as a three-story home office for the Retail Credit Company, now known as Equifax. Six more floors were added in 1930, and the building's own history says it was the first completely air-conditioned high-rise in Atlanta.

Residences

The building was converted to condos in 2000. Homes have loft-style architecture with hardwood floors, large windows, stainless steel appliances, granite finishes and concrete ceilings. The ceilings run 11 to 15 feet, and there is a rooftop for entertaining with a 360-degree view. The first floor holds 3,600 square feet of commercial space.

Nearby

The building's site lists Woodruff Park, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the World of Coca-Cola and the Georgia Aquarium among the places within walking distance. Learn more on the 90 Fairlie website.
