Collage is the breakfast room at The Courtland Grand Hotel on Courtland Street. The hotel pitches it as the place to fuel up before the day starts, and the whole setup is built around one daily buffet with enough range for picky eaters and big appetites alike.
What’s on the buffet
The spread covers the morning basics. Expect coffee and cereal, pastries, eggs and pancakes, plus other hot and cold dishes that change with the kitchen. It’s an easy choice if you’re staying at the hotel or in town for a conference and want a sit-down breakfast without hunting for one.
