What it is
Dolo’s Pizza Co. makes pizza with Caribbean flavors at Underground Atlanta, and its press page collects coverage from Eater Atlanta, Atlanta Magazine and the AJC about the move to a permanent spot there. The shop says the signature dough gets a two-day proof, which it calls one of the secrets to a good pie.
Food and drink
Dolo’s sells 12-inch pies cut into eight slices, not by the slice. You can order a half-and-half pie by pairing any two signature pies or choosing your own halves, and toppings on a signature pie can be swapped for others of equal or lesser value. Wings come as a set of three jumbo wings per order. For dessert there are Sweet Dolitas, a cinnamon-sugar zeppole or beignet-style treat with hibiscus icing.
