Partners for HOME describes each unit as having a bed, private bathroom and kitchenette, with 32 units ADA compliant. Shared spaces include a communal garden, dog park, community kitchen, offices and laundry. HOPE Atlanta provides on-site support, including clinicians and peer support specialists, and TI Asset Management manages the property.

The Downtown Atlanta Inc. investment map entry lists the project as complete, with a completion year of 2024 and a $5 million investment. Partners for HOME says residents are referred through its rapid rehousing programs, so The Melody is a residence for referred participants rather than a place open for public visits.
