Zephyr runs Brut & Brine every Monday through September — the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th — pairing sparkling wine with oysters at the bar. It is the kind of standing weeknight service downtown has been short on: a reason to be on Centennial Olympic Park Drive on the deadest night of the week.
Zephyr opened in 2026 in the Hotel Phoenix as part of the Centennial Yards build-out, doing French brasserie technique on Southern ingredients. Bar Z, the adjoining bar, is where the Monday service sits.
