Four-Venue Entertainment Destination Opens in Downtown's Century-Old 207 Peachtree

An Americana bar with live music, an upscale sports club with a 20-foot TV wall, a 10,000-square-foot grand ballroom, and a rooftop lounge with firepits are stacking four floors of nightlife into a single historic building.

207 Peachtree Entertainment Destination

The century-old building at 207 Peachtree Street — at the corner of Andrew Young International Boulevard — is becoming a four-story entertainment destination from RPB Management Group, the team behind Red Phone Booth and Amalfi Cucina + Mercato in the same building.

American Dive (Street Level) — An Americana-themed bar serving barbecue alongside beer, wine, and cocktails. Billiards, darts, and arcade games fill the main floor, while the lower level hosts live music at night and a jukebox during the day.

Grand Ballroom (Second Floor) — A 10,000-square-foot event space designed for weddings, galas, and corporate events, equipped with full AV capabilities and a catering kitchen.

Peachtree Sporting Club (Third Floor) — An upscale sports bar with mid-century modern design anchored by a 20-foot panoramic TV wall and simulator bays for golf and soccer. World Cup visitors take note.

Aire Rooftop Lounge (Top Floor) — An indoor-outdoor cocktail and food venue with firepits, live DJ sets, and tableside service overlooking Peachtree Street.

The venues are opening in spring 2026, adding significant nightlife capacity to the Peachtree Center corridor just as downtown prepares for the World Cup influx. The building joins a growing roster of mixed-use conversions breathing new life into downtown's historic structures.
