FIFA has announced a second wave of performers for Atlanta's FIFA Fan Fest at Centennial Olympic Park, adding local hip-hop heavyweights Ludacris, Killer Mike, Earthgang, Belly Gang Kushington, and R&B singer Summer Walker. The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and country trio the Castellows were also included in the announcement.
These acts join previously announced performers: Afrobeats superstar Davido, Atlanta R&B artist CeeLo Green, and Southern rap group Nappy Roots. The 18-day event runs from June 11 to July 15 and offers free admission with advance registration, plus VIP tickets ranging from $45 to $325.
Specific performance dates have been released for some second-wave artists: Summer Walker performs June 11, Killer Mike on June 21, and Ludacris on July 14. A complete schedule for the first round of performers will be announced soon on the FIFA Fan Fest website and social media.
The venue will accommodate 15,000 people at capacity and features a 40-foot screen for World Cup games, an entertainment stage, food trucks, and a children's area. Unlike the 2019 Super Bowl fan fest, FIFA is not funding this event; instead it is supported by Georgia World Congress Center operational funding, state investments, partner activations, and concession revenues.
