What it is
A Motto by Hilton hotel is planned at 512 West Peachtree Street, near Emory Hospital in the SoNo district. Downtown Atlanta Inc. lists the project as new construction by Horizon Hospitality Management and Atlanta Hotel Development, with 222 hotel rooms and an on-site restaurant. The map does not give an investment figure. Both Motto and TownePlace Suites are hotel brands, and the map shows the same two developers behind this site and the neighboring one at 526 West Peachtree Street.
Where it stands
The Downtown Atlanta Inc. investment map entry lists the project as planned, with no completion year given (“TBD”). It has not opened and no opening date has been published there. No hotel brand or developer page was read for this description.
