What it is
Everything at Hell Yeah! Gluten Free is gluten free, and the shop’s motto says gluten free doesn’t have to suck. The owners describe the bakery as a community for people who are used to being left out when everyone else gets to indulge. The Auburn Avenue shop is a sister to the bakery’s Inman Park location.
What to expect
Pastries are baked fresh every day. For birthdays and other occasions, the bakery takes orders for gluten-free cakes, cupcakes, cookie cakes and other baked goods, but those orders are picked up at the Inman Park shop only. It also sells take-and-bake items. Regulars can join the Provisions Club, a monthly box with the bakery’s current favorite sweets and pastries, new savory items, and freezer treats for later.
Before you go
The Sweet Auburn shop opens at 7:30 a.m. on weekdays and 8:30 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, and closes at 3 p.m. every day. Same-day online ordering currently runs through Inman Park, and the bakery says online ordering for its newer location is coming soon. Menus and live inventory are on the bakery’s website.
