Landmark Diner - Downtown

What it is

Landmark Diner is a New York style diner that Tom and Carolyn Lambrou opened in 1994. Tom Lambrou drew on years in hospitality, including time working on Greek ships and running several diners in New York, before starting the original Atlanta location. The downtown restaurant is at 60 Luckie Street NW, and a second Landmark Diner serves Buckhead on Roswell Road.

Food and drink

The menu covers the full diner range: eggs, pancakes, waffles and omelettes at breakfast, then platters of steak, seafood and chicken, sandwiches and burgers, salads and soups. Greek specialties and appetizers appear too. The diner points to eggs Benedict, French toast, filet mignon, shrimp scampi, Greek-inspired omelettes and burgers topped with feta cheese or chili as favorites.
