What it is
The M Rich project covers the renovation of two multistory buildings, at 82 Peachtree Street and 117 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, in South Downtown. Downtown Atlanta Inc. says the plan also calls for demolishing the existing building at 80 Peachtree Street, and promises residential units, retail spaces and an open-air courtyard. The map lists SoDo Atlanta as developer, an adaptive reuse, with 66 housing units and 25,928 square feet of retail.
