What it is
The 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar is one of the bars inside Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville at 155 Centennial Olympic Park Drive, in the Wyndham-Margaritaville Atlanta Centennial Park building. The restaurant spreads over two levels of seating that look out on the downtown entertainment district, with an airplane hanging overhead, live music and two more bars, the Tiki Bar and the License To Chill Bar. The Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola and SkyView Ferris wheel are all close by.
Food and drink
The cocktail that shares the bar’s name mixes rum and passion fruit tequila with orange and pineapple juices, sweet and sour and a splash of grenadine. Around it, Margaritaville’s drink list runs from a classic house margarita on the rocks to watermelon and blueberry pomegranate versions, frozen blends, moonshine drinks and LandShark Lager, alongside an island-inspired food menu.

Margaritaville is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Menus and group bookings are on the Margaritaville Atlanta website.
