The Dream have held a September 30 date at State Farm Arena for the opening rounds of the WNBA playoffs. The arena lists it under Rounds 1 & 2 with the exact date and time marked TBD, which is how postseason scheduling works: the bracket has to settle before the league assigns a clock to it.
What that means practically is that downtown gets a placeholder to plan around rather than a firm start. If the Dream secure home court, this is the Philips-era building at 1 State Farm Drive filling up on a Wednesday night in the middle of the week — a very different downtown evening than a Saturday concert load-in. Check the arena listing before you make dinner reservations; the time will firm up once seeding does.
Ticketing runs through the arena's own event page. Parking and MARTA access are the usual Dome/GWCC/Philips Arena station walk-up.
