Mercedes-Benz Stadium showed off its 2026 Falcons concessions lineup this week, a few days ahead of the team's home opener against the Carolina Panthers — and the headline is what hasn't changed as much as what's new.
Executive chef Sam Bishop told reporters the stadium has not raised prices on staples like hot dogs, popcorn, pretzels or bottled water since the venue opened nine years ago. Hot dogs, pretzels, popcorn and bottled water still run $2, fountain drinks with free refills are also $2, and 12-ounce domestic beers are $5 — pricing that helped Mercedes-Benz Stadium win USA Today 10Best readers' picks for Best Stadium and Best Stadium Food for the second year running.
This year's new items lean theatrical. A rack-o-rib volcano — a whole rack of ribs rolled into a cylinder and filled with mac and cheese, served over potato chips — is available to all fans at the Molly B's stand near Gate 2 for $24. Premium suites get a cowboy rib-eye finished tableside with a blowtorch over roasted potatoes. And several dishes rotate by opponent: a gold rush tri-tip sandwich for the 49ers game, a fried grouper sandwich for the Buccaneers, and a Maryland crab mac and cheese for the Ravens.
“We want you to remember the food when you come to the stadium,” senior executive chef Matt Cooper said at the showcase. “Something we do different than other stadiums is feature different items every game.”
Other new items include a birria Mexican pizza served with consommé for dipping, and Dirty Bird wings finished with a house lemon-pepper seasoning.
