MAA Centennial Park

What it is

MAA Centennial Park is a rental apartment community at 305 Centennial Olympic Park Drive, a short walk from Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, State Farm Arena and the Children’s Museum. It’s operated by MAA, and a MARTA station is within walking distance.

Residences

Homes range from studios to three bedrooms, roughly 480 to 1,515 square feet. Kitchens come with stainless Energy Star appliances, and some layouts add an island or a breakfast nook. Select apartments have private street-level entrances, balconies, quartz counters or an in-unit washer and dryer. The community is smoke-free, carries Energy Star and green building certifications, and offers homes through Invest Atlanta’s Workforce Housing program.

What’s inside

Shared spaces include a saltwater pool with a cabana, a rooftop sky terrace with an outdoor kitchen, a 24-hour fitness center with yoga and spin studios, a co-working space and conference room, a coffee bar and bike storage. Dog owners get a bark park, a dog spa and indoor and outdoor pet play areas.
