Museum Tower

A 24-story condominium tower (2002) directly across from Centennial Olympic Park — briefly planned as 'Centennial' before the Children's Museum took its lobby (and later moved out). About 166 units with front-row views of the park, aquarium, and arena.

Museum Tower

What it is

Museum Tower is a 25-story brick condominium high-rise on Centennial Hill, right across from Centennial Olympic Park. Its neighbors are the big museums: the World of Coca-Cola, the Georgia Aquarium and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights are all a short walk from the front door. The homes are individually owned condos, and the building is managed by Heritage Property Management.

What’s inside

A concierge is on duty around the clock to take in packages and welcome guests. The sixth-floor Plaza level holds the fitness center and a Club Room with a large TV, an audio-visual system, a kitchenette, a wet bar and a baby grand piano. Residents can book the room for parties or meetings, and it hosts community socials through the year. Outside on the same level is a lawn with gas grills and an artificial-turf dog walk area. Up top, a rooftop pool looks out over Downtown, Midtown and Buckhead.

Building details and resident links are on the Museum Tower website.
