What it is
No Más! Cantina is a 350-seat Mexican restaurant in a converted warehouse on Walker Street in Castleberry Hill. Walt Bilinski and Steve MacNeil started No Más! in 1996 as a small Huff Road shop built on relationships with makers across Mexico. They bought this warehouse in 1998 and opened the Cantina and market here in 2006. That history shapes the room, which is filled with artisan-made furniture, lighting, ironwork, pottery and glass.
Food and drink
Lunch and dinner are served in a two-level dining room and on a covered patio, and there’s brunch on weekends. The menu sets familiar Mexican favorites beside regional dishes and house specialties. The 50-foot bar stocks 132 tequilas, mezcals and sotols for margaritas and neat pours.
What’s inside
Two sister spots share the address. ADios Cafe, open since 2009, handles breakfast, Mexican coffee like café de olla, and desserts, with blue corn hotcakes among its house originals. The Hacienda Artisan Market sells pottery, handblown glassware, folk art, Taxco silver jewelry and furniture from artisan communities across Mexico.
Before you go
The Cantina is open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, with last seating at 9:45 p.m., and suggests reserving ahead on busy evenings and event days. The Artisan Market keeps shorter hours, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Reservations, online ordering, catering and event inquiries all go through the No Más! website.
