Rawesome Juicery

What it is

Rawesome Juicery is a cold-pressed juice stall inside the Municipal Market in Sweet Auburn. All of its juices are made in-house, by hand, every day, and you can watch the juicing through the large windows around the back kitchen. The market's page says it won a Best of Atlanta award from Atlanta Magazine in 2014.

Food and drink

Juices are built from ingredients like kale, spinach, wheatgrass, avocado and mango, aimed at starting your day or giving you a lift at lunchtime. The stall also makes fresh veggie wraps and smoothies.

Before you go

Rawesome is open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call 678-974-7578 or see the market's Rawesome Juicery page.

At the market

The Municipal Market at 209 Edgewood Ave SE opened on May 1, 1924, in a brick building designed by A. Ten Eyck Brown, and is now widely known as the Sweet Auburn Curb Market. The market's site describes it today as 28 independently owned businesses, from eateries and sweets to fresh meat, seafood and produce. Market hours are listed as 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., though each vendor keeps its own schedule.
