What it is
The Bougie Grazer is Shandra Turner’s Atlanta charcuterie business, built around made-to-order boards and boxes, grazing tables for events and hands-on workshops. Its group experiences take place in downtown Atlanta, close to Centennial Olympic Park and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and the business is set up for celebrations as much as for catering orders.
What’s on offer
A Bougie Grazer spread is a careful arrangement of cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit and edible flowers, sized anywhere from a personal box to a table that feeds a crowd. The charcuterie workshops walk your group through choosing cheeses, cutting fruit and folding the salami rose, with every ingredient supplied. Private workshops are offered for birthdays, showers, team building and other occasions; the website lists $75 per person plus a $150 reservation fee, $85 per person Friday through Sunday, and asks for at least two weeks’ notice. There is also a DIY hat bar, Caps & Cocktails, where guests customize hats and clogs over food and drinks, and it can be booked for private parties, girls’ nights and date nights.
Before you go
Workshops, hat bar sessions, boards and grazing tables are booked ahead through The Bougie Grazer website.
