The Looking Glass

What it is

The Looking Glass is a multi-level social venue being built inside The CTR, the former CNN Center on Marietta Street. It comes from AMP Up1 Hospitality, the team behind Your 3rd Spot, and mixes games, illusions, interactive experiences and food and drink across several floors. The idea is that one pass opens up the whole building, and guests wander at their own pace. The CTR’s directory lists the opening as expected in the second quarter of 2027.

Food and drink

The published menu moves through the building. Tea Time is a reserved sit-down service with tea, warm Southern biscuits, savories and sweets, offered in tiers that run from about 90 minutes to two hours. Ember Market handles shareable food such as robata skewers, dumplings, hot honey fried chicken and Sicilian-style squares. Believe Bar anchors the first floor, Gallery Bar sits upstairs, and the cocktail list starts with classics like a margarita, martini and mai tai before branching into tea and botanical drinks.

Events

Group menus start at 20 guests and cover corporate receptions, convention nights, holiday parties and full buyouts. There is also a birthday package built for guests ages 8 to 17. Inquiries go through the Looking Glass website.
