Seven bands on one Altar bill is a lot even by Masquerade standards, and this reads as a scene showcase more than a touring package — Magdalene Rose, Meadows, Cleansing Of The Temple, Thrones, Atlaslight, and Sequoia all sharing a stage with Heal The Hurt.
Nights like this are how the Masquerade's smallest room does its actual job: giving a cross-section of the local heavy scene a real stage and a real door.
Doors are at 6 p.m. With seven acts, arrive early if there's a specific band you came for.
Room: Masquerade Altar, 50 Lower Alabama St, Underground Atlanta.
