The Cab

The Cab is a Las Vegas pop-rock band who broke through in the mid-2000s alongside the first wave of MySpace-era alternative acts, releasing albums that mixed guitar-driven pop with the confessional earnestness of their era. Their song "Angel with a Shotgun" — released in 2011 and later featured in a string of TV soundtracks and fan videos — gave them a second wave of discovery years after their initial run, building a fanbase whose loyalty has outlasted several hiatuses.

A Masquerade show on June 21 puts them in a room built for the kind of direct fan-to-artist connection that made them in the first place.
