Metric with Broken Social Scene & Stars

This triple-bill is one of the most significant events of the year for fans of Canadian indie rock. Metric — led by vocalist Emily Haines and guitarist James Shaw — have built one of the most durable catalogs in the genre over more than two decades: "Help I'm Alive," "Gold Guns Girls," "Black Sheep," and "Breathing Underwater" are staples of any serious indie rock playlist, and their live show is among the most precise and high-energy in the business. Broken Social Scene are a genuine phenomenon — a rotating collective of Canadian musicians (at times numbering 15 or more) whose early 2000s records You Forgot It in People (2002) and Broken Social Scene (2005) are considered canonical landmarks of indie rock. Stars, the Montreal duo of Amy Millan and Torquil Campbell, have maintained a devoted following for over two decades through albums like Set Yourself on Fire (2004) and their continued output into the 2020s.
