265 Washington Senior Tower

What it is

The Sanctuary is the planned redevelopment of Trinity United Methodist Church at 265 Washington Street SW. Downtown Atlanta Inc. describes demolishing the rear classroom and fellowship hall and building a new senior residential tower of 83 units behind the church, with frontage on Trinity Street. Half of the sanctuary would become a two-story space, with event-space support functions on the ground floor and residential support functions above.
