What it is
Atlanta Stove Works is one of the landmark buildings that make up the Krog District, along with Krog Street Market and SPX Alley. The district sits right next to the BeltLine Eastside Trail, where Inman Park meets Old Fourth Ward, and its redevelopment reuses older properties for shops, dining and creative office space. The district calls itself an 18-hour destination for locals and visitors alike.
What to do
The Stove Works building hosts district programming as well as tenants. Recent calendars have included Stove Works Supply, a vintage and handmade market featuring about 20 artists, vintage curators and makers from around the Southeast, held on select Saturday afternoons. Adidas Runners Atlanta also meets in the Stove Works breezeway for a weekly Tuesday evening community run open to every pace. Check the Krog District events page for current dates before you head over.
Getting here
The Krog District has its own paid parking, with a garage and a surface lot. Every driver has to register on arrival, even for a short stay, by scanning a posted QR code, texting the code for your lot, or using a pay station. The district offers one free hour in the garage Monday through Thursday, and the surface lot is free before 10 a.m., both with registration. Rates change on event days. Walking or biking in? The Eastside Trail runs right alongside.
