What it is
ATV South Broad Suites is Atlanta Tech Village's South Downtown location, with turn-key office suites on Broad Street SW. Atlanta Tech Village runs a founder community in Buckhead as well, and this space is aimed at later-stage startups and established technology companies that have outgrown flexible coworking and want longer terms and more privacy.
Rooms
Members get their own fully furnished suite and their own mailboxes. The listed suites sit at 97, 98 and 111 Broad St SW and range from about 1,100 to nearly 3,900 square feet, with desk counts from 8 to 37, and each has a downloadable floor plan. Lighter memberships are also on the site: community membership with 24/7 access to shared spaces, reserved desks, and private offices. More than half the building is community space.
