History
Terminus Hub has always been at 170 Mitchell St SW. While ATV Sylvan was being built, it served as Atlanta Tech Village’s temporary South Downtown home, and today it is a building for neighborhood businesses. It is also where the 5-by-5-foot “SoDo to scale” 3D streetscape model lives — the one shown on every South Downtown foot tour, so if a tour photo has that model in it, it was taken here.
Parking
Closest free parking is South Downtown - Elm Lot (170 Mitchell St SW), right outside — the first two hours are free, courtesy of South downtownATL. It is one of four South Downtown lots offering two hours of free parking across 315 spaces; beyond two hours, normal rates apply. Elm and Redbud have a four-hour limit; for longer visits, the South Downtown - Dogwood Lot is the only one of the four without it.
