2 hours free: park, then pay first. Payment is verified by your license plate.

- 5 hours or more: about $16, the daily rate (choose up to 18 hours for the flat $16)

Two hours free. The program covers 315 spaces across four addresses: 170 Mitchell (the South Downtown - Elm Lot), 165 Mitchell (the South Downtown - Redbud Lot), 120 Forsyth and 214 Nelson.
