What it is
Residence Inn Centennial Park is a planned Marriott Residence Inn at 355 Centennial Olympic Park Drive, in the middle of the Centennial Park District. Downtown Atlanta Inc.’s investment map lists it as new construction with 188 hotel rooms, developed by Hardam Hotels. The listing gives 2026 as the target year and still shows the project as planned, and the investment figure is marked to be determined, so treat it as a hotel on the way rather than one taking bookings.
The district around it
The site is one of several projects the investment map tracks around Centennial Olympic Park. Nearby, The CTR is reworking the former CNN Center with new dining, shopping and entertainment, Moxy Atlanta is listed at 329 Marietta Street, and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights has a 20,000-square-foot expansion on the books. Project updates are posted on the Downtown Atlanta Inc. project page.
