Dragon Con brings tens of thousands of costumed visitors downtown over Labor Day weekend. A few blocks away, the National Center for Civil and Human Rights is running its own version of the fun.
Side Quest turns the galleries into a building-wide educational adventure for families, running all four days of the convention weekend. It is part of the Center's Saturday Adventures series, which launched alongside the Change Agent Adventure children's gallery that opened in April 2026.
