South Downtown - Redbud Lot

South Downtown - Redbud Lot — First 2 Hours Free. A surface lot on the south side of Mitchell Street, entrance at 165 Mitchell St SW — directly across the street from the South Downtown - Elm Lot. LAZ operates it; South downtownATL owns it.

Heads up if you search in the LAZ app: LAZ lists this lot under “170 Mitchell,” which is really the Elm Lot’s side of the street. The Redbud Lot is the one across the street, with its entrance at 165 Mitchell — look for “South Downtown - Redbud Lot” by name.

2 hours free: park, then pay first. 4-hour maximum stay, except during events. Payment is verified by your license plate.

No in-and-out: you can enter and exit once.

Two hours free. The program covers 315 spaces across four addresses: 170 Mitchell (the South Downtown - Elm Lot), 165 Mitchell (this lot, the South Downtown - Redbud Lot), 120 Forsyth and 214 Nelson (the South Downtown - Dogwood Lot).
