The rule

Two hours free. The program covers 315 spaces across four addresses: 170 Mitchell, 165 Mitchell (the South Downtown - Redbud Lot), 120 Forsyth and 214 Nelson (the South Downtown - Dogwood Lot). Beyond two hours, normal lot rates apply.
