Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park

Twin glass towers rising right on Centennial Olympic Park, connected directly to State Farm Arena and the Georgia World Congress Center — you can walk from your room to a Hawks game, the Aquarium, or World of Coca-Cola without touching a car. Park-view rooms deliver some of downtown's best skyline-and-green-space views, making it a favorite home base for families doing the attraction circuit.

Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park

What it is

Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park stands at 190 Marietta Street NW in the Centennial Park District, connected to State Farm Arena and the Georgia World Congress Center. Deluxe rooms look out over downtown and Centennial Olympic Park, with Park View rooms and suites also on offer. The hotel calls itself the closest to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena, so it works well as a base for concerts and game days. There is a fitness center with Peloton bikes and 120,000 square feet of event space for meetings and weddings.

Food and drink

Four dining spots are on site. New South Kitchen cooks comfort food from scratch for breakfast and lunch, including a build-your-own shrimp and grits station, peach cobbler French toast and sweet tea fried chicken. Top Draft, the sports bar on the South Tower lobby level, pours beer and wine on tap, and its terrace facing the park opens for dinner on weekends. Vues Lobby Bar, named for those park views, carries a deep bourbon list, craft cocktails and light bites, while Centennial Grounds serves coffee, wine, pastries and sandwiches. In-room dining runs 6 to 11 a.m. and 5 to 10 p.m. daily.
