The February session of Tuesdays in the Field takes place Tuesday, February 9, 2027 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Georgia Aquarium.
Now several months into the program year, February sessions typically assume some baseline familiarity from returning families and go deeper on a single subject rather than surveying broadly. The Aquarium's education team sets each month's focus, drawing on the conservation and veterinary work happening on site.
The weekday-morning slot remains the point of the format: fewer visitors in the galleries, more direct access to staff, and enough time for students to actually record observations.
