What it is
Estrellita is a Filipino restaurant from Hope Webb and chef Walter Cortado, known for dishes from the Pampanga region of the Philippines and recognized with a Michelin Bib Gourmand. It opened in 2020 on Woodward Avenue in Grant Park, in a space of just 523 square feet. In January 2026, Rough Draft Atlanta reported that the restaurant was moving to 115 Broad Street SW in South Downtown.
The move
The new space is nearly three times larger. Webb said the restaurant had outgrown its first home after adding a coal-fired kitchen menu. The larger menu was expected to include classics such as pancit, adobo and lumpia, and a new bar was planned to serve pulutan, Filipino finger foods made for sharing over drinks. Estrellita is planned to share a courtyard patio with Ida’s Kitchen Counter and Glide Pizza.
Before you go
The move was targeted for fall 2026, and the restaurant’s own website still listed the Grant Park address when we checked. Confirm where it is serving before you go on the Estrellita website.
